3.1 The Committee received evidence from Jayne Dando, Richard Tompkins and Helen Watkins.

 

4       Inquiry into the sustainability of the health and social care workforce - consideration of the evidence heard under items 2 and 3

4.1 The Committee considered the evidence heard from Wyn Jones, Head of Resourcing at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and Jayne Dando, NHS Shared Services Partnership, Richard Tompkins, NHS Wales Employers and Helen Watkins, Velindre NHS Trust.

 

5       Inquiry into primary care - consideration of scope and approach to the inquiry

5.1 The Committee considered and agreed its scope and approach to the inquiry.

 

6       Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (No.2) - Children and Social Work Bill

6.1 The Committee considered the Legislative Consent Memorandum and agreed to write a report.

 

7       Consideration of correspondence from the Finance Committee regarding the rise in the number of health complaints received by the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales

7.1 The Committee considered the correspondence and agreed to ask the clerk to liaise with the clerk to the ELGC Committee following

their forthcoming scrutiny session with the PSOW, and provide an

update on that committee’s conclusions
